Les shunts porto-h\u00e9patiques intrah\u00e9patiques semblent \u00eatre la forme la plus fr\u00e9quente, avec un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 de fermeture spontan\u00e9e au cours des premiers mois de la vie. La fermeture spontan\u00e9e est exceptionnelle dans les autres formes anatomiques (canal d&rsquo;Arantius perm\u00e9able ou CPSS extrah\u00e9patique).  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les CPSS sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement diagnostiqu\u00e9s par imagerie, principalement par \u00e9chographie. Les circonstances du diagnostic sont vari\u00e9es. Ils peuvent parfois \u00eatre diagnostiqu\u00e9s chez des patients asymptomatiques, m\u00eame avant la naissance, mais ils peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9s en fonction de signes de troubles h\u00e9patiques, de troubles neuropsychologiques, de complications gastro-intestinales, de troubles vasculaires ou de complications cardiopulmonaires.  <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/12&Prime;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Signes et sympt\u00f4mes<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il existe un large \u00e9ventail de complications rencontr\u00e9es chez les patients atteints de CPSS.
